1. The service

Topspot (the "site") offers maps of Paris organised in thematic layers. During the current test phase, every layer is free and no account is needed.

2. Information on the map

We check the spots with care, but places change: opening hours move, murals get repainted, passages close for works. The information is given for guidance only. Check on site and follow local signs and rules. Topspot cannot be held responsible for a closed place, a change of hours or a trip made in vain.

3. Use of the site

You may use the site for your personal, non-commercial use. Copying the database, in full or in substantial part, or scraping it automatically is not allowed. The texts written for each spot belong to Topspot.

4. Third-party services

Directions open in Google Maps, under Google's own terms. Map tiles come from OpenFreeMap, based on OpenStreetMap data.

5. Paid layers

When paid layers open, the terms of sale (price, duration of access, right of withdrawal, refunds) will be added to this page before any purchase is possible.

6. Changes and law

These terms may change; the date above shows the latest version. They are governed by French law.
